FLOYD
For years, Monica Floyd has held the dream of starting an educational program that focused helping students reach their college goals. In 2019, two of Monica's former students joined forces to help her dream be realized forming a non profit, the Highest Degree.
As a first generation college student, and in preparation of her own high schooler for college, not only does she relate to the struggles of preparing for college admissions, but she has 25 years of experience in higher education in regards to college access, persistence, retention and graduation.
She has solid background in success with not just helping student get into college but in ensuring their graduation.
